This is a lovely George III (c 1800) oak wine tilt top table with canted corners. The top sits on a baluster turned column on a tri-form plateau base resting on turned feet.
The table is of a good size and can be used for a variety of purposes. There is a lot of scope for use and the table can adapt to be an attractive hall table as well as a wine table.
I can only describe the table as a celebration of English craftsmanship of good quality belonging to the Georgian period.
