A mid Victorian mahogany work table with rising leaves and single end drawer over a two tier square column and plateau base with bun feet on brass castors.

The mahogany of the table has a beautiful warm honey colour, good patina and is in good condition considering it is some 150 years old!  The table stands on four bun feet on brass castors.

It has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

I can describe this piece as a lovely, high quality Victorian antique furniture with a great deal of character.

Condition report: The table dates back to circa 1870 and is some 150 years old! There is some damage to the veneer at the bottom and feet. All of the above are a testimony of the age and use of this very fine antique piece of furniture which is full of character. Please review the photographs to see the items listed here.
