A fabulous Victorian burr walnut fold over top card table with fine boxwood marquetry inlay. The table in the demi lune shape has striking veneered grained burr walnut with fine elegant boxwood marquetry in the shape of classical design.
The table top opens by rotating left and reveals a storage area for playing cards and or games and once open a green baize playing surface which is in very good condition.
The base has four turned column support , a central double domed finial and beautiful carved cabriole legs with original porcelain white castors. Circa 1870
