14 Days Return and Refund 

 

In line with the EU, Distance Selling Regulations (www.oft.gov.uk) a Buyer can cancel the sale and they are entitled to a refund of any money they have paid in relation to the purchase even if the goods are not defective in any way. The time limits for cancellation is 14 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which they receive the goods  A full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the Buyer. Such claims should be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. The refunded amount will be equal to the purchase price of the item and will not include any carriage charges incurred by the Buyer or the cost of returning the item.  The refund will be made when the item is returned in the condition in which it was dispatched. The address and contact number for communications will be stated on the invoice.  If you are not happy about aspects of the transactions please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any problems.

All our antique furniture is delivered using selected couriers who provide vetted insurance and do offer 100% reliable service be it  Freight/Blanket Wrap Shipping. Because we charge a flat rate for delivery anywhere in UK mainland, at times we absorb a portion of shipping costs in the price of an item. Because of this, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost of delivery to their location from our location. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount if applicable. The buyer is responsible for arranging return delivery of the item from their location to our location and will pay all costs associated with this - because the item must be returned in the same condition it left us in, we urge the buyer to pick their shipping firm carefully and ensure it is protected entirely. All refunds will be processed within two business days.

Decorative Arts, Tea Sets, Lamps, Bronzes and Artwork:
For items that can safely be shipped through postal and parcel services in the categories  of Decorative Arts, Tea Sets, Lamps, Bronzes and Artwork, the Buyer is responsible for actual shipping costs, and if these are greater than what was charged we will not be able to refund the difference. Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item with care - item/s must be returned to us in the same condition it/they left in order to qualify for a refund. In the event of damage during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for working out the claim with the shipper - we will not coordinate this.

Please note, for all items purchased through us, they must be returned to our location in good condition within 30 days in order to qualify for a refund. Please be prompt in arranging delivery to make sure you meet this timeline - returns arriving at our location past 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

International Orders:

We do not accept returns on any international purchases.
